- Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions

- Proven experience in enterprise account management or IT services sales
- Strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity, or managed services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
