About the Role
Lead Invecto’s Projects, Delivery, Operations, and Managed Services organization, driving the successful execution of enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity engagements. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, project profitability, and seamless delivery across complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete Projects, Delivery, Operations, and Managed Services functions.
- Own end-to-end project execution from project kick-off through successful closure.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Drive project governance, executive reviews, customer communication, and escalation management.
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Operations teams, Resident Engineers, and Field Engineers.
- Own customer satisfaction and build strong executive-level customer relationships.
- Manage the Managed Services business, including NOC operations, SLA compliance, incident management, and customer governance.
- Ensure smooth transition of projects from implementation to Managed Services.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Presales teams for seamless project handovers.
- Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, governance, documentation, and reporting.
- Manage delivery profitability, resource planning, utilization, and quality assurance.
- Handle customer and technical escalations with timely resolution.
- Coordinate with OEM partners for implementation support, solution validation, and technical escalations.
- Build a high-performance, customer-first delivery organization.
Key Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and System Integration.
- 7–10+ years of leadership experience managing Projects, Delivery, and Operations.
- Mandatory experience working with a reputed System Integrator (SI).
- Strong customer-facing experience with enterprise accounts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent enterprise projects across geographies.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and people management skills.
- Strong project governance, operational management, and execution capabilities.
- Commercial understanding of project profitability and resource utilization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.

Reporting Structure
- Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
- Will lead the Projects, Delivery, Operations, and Managed Services functions across the organization.
