About the Role
Invecto is hiring a NOC Engineer to monitor, manage, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across multiple client environments. This role ensures uptime, performance reliability, and proactive issue resolution.
You will work in a dynamic environment handling real-time monitoring and operational support for mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network infrastructure, servers, and security systems
- Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, and performance issues
- Escalate and coordinate incident resolution with relevant teams
- Maintain logs, documentation, and incident reports
- Ensure SLA compliance and system uptime
- Support patching, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities
Key Requirements
- Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
